Description inside property: Lanzarote is one of the Canary Islands and has a climate which hardly varies all year round.
Playa Blanca is approximately 30 minutes from Arrecife airport. Located at the southernmost tip of the island, it enjoys the most hours of sunlight.
Playa Blanca has a small harbour from which the Fuerteventura ferry leaves. The small village beach plays host to holiday makers and locals alike and is one of a number of beaches in Playa Blanca. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, restaurants, banks and a petrol station.
Las Brisas is a well established complex of villas originally developed by Wimpey. The complex has been credited as an R.C.I. Gold Crown Resort. It has a large heated swimming pool (with life guard), surrounded by sun loungers and parosols, a separate childrens pool, a childrens play area and 2 tennis courts. Overlooking the pool is the reception building, bar, restaurant, indoor games room and shop.
Las Brisas is only a 5 minute walk from the beach, shops, bars and restaurants of Playa Blanca.
The bungalow is well appointed with its own patio garden which includes 2 sun loungers, patio furniture and a barbecue.
The comfortable living area includes a dining table and chairs, a colour TV with satellite reception, dvd and a telephone. There is a sofa bed which sleeps 2.
The kitchen is all electric comprising oven / ceramic hob, fridge / freezer, washing machine and a microwave oven along with a full range of crockery and cutlery.
The bedroom has 2 single beds, supplied with bed linen, there is plenty of storage space and a mosquito roller blind to the window. The separate bathroom comprises of bath with shower over, toilet, bidet, wash basin, shaving point, mosquito blind to the window. Towels are provided.
PLEASE NOTE that pool towels are provided, but a refundable deposit is required on your arrival. Please bring your own beach towels.
The changeover day is Thursday with the villa available from 17.00 hrs.
