Description inside property: Our villa is situated on a small complex in a quiet residential area and enjoys lovely views of open countryside. It is approximately 40 mins drive from Alicante Airport and 20 mins from Murcia Airport. The villa is just a few yards from the attractive pool with separate small shallow baby/toddler pool to one end. Take a dip in the pool or relax in the secluded private garden which has a variety of loungers, parasols plus patio tables and chairs. A barbeque is provided in case you want to cook outside. Local amenities all within 10 mins walk include supermarket, banks, shops, restaurants and bars. The famous Playa Flamenca Saturday street market is just 5 mins walk and within 5 mins drive are three excellent unspoilt blue cross sandy coves. The traditional Spanish town of Torrevieja with its spectacular church and square, daily indoor, weekly outdoor and nightly street market is approx 5 kms drive. The harbours, bars and restaurants line the wide, flat promenade which stretches 2/3 kms where you will join local Spanish residents for an evening stroll.
