Description inside property: This is a fabulous detached villa with private pool. The villa itself sleeps 8 or more, there are 4 bedrooms, a double room with en suite bathroom, 3 twin rooms each with 2 single beda and 3 sofa beds. There is a fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, 2 lounges, the smaller with 2 sofa beds and the larger lounge with 2 large settees and a dining table. Outside there is a large terrace area with sun loungers, and fenced off from the main garden area is the large private pool. There is an outside shower room and an outside kitchen with BBQ, there is also a large roof terrace. The villa is well furnished for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

| Description of local area and activities: The villa is located just out of the main area of Benidorm in a very quiet location surrounded by ornage groves. It is only approximately a 5 or 10 minute drive into the heart of Benidorm and the glorious sandy beaches. Nearby are the theme parks of Terra Mitica, Terra Natuara, Aqualandia and Terra Natura. There are lots of rural areas for walkers or cyclists as well as nearby golf courses. Also the resorts and beaches of Albir and Altea are within easy reach. We are also able to organise any activity you require from balloon flights, helicopter flights, jeep safari, quad bike hire, nordik walking, mountain biking, jet skiing and paint ball ....... just tell us what you need |

| Notes: Campo de Golf Real de Faula is located within a 10 minute drive. There are various other golf courses nearby and within 15 to 50 minutes, including Don Cayo Golf, Altea, Ifach Golf, Calpe, Bonalba Golf and Alicante Golf. Within an hour to 90 minutes drive are many more courses. |

Notes: We are also able to arrange for you airport collection, car hire, welcome food packs, children and mobility equipment, maid service and mid week cleans, excursion bookings and golf. If you need something special in the Villa, we can arrange it and indeed champagne flowers etc for special occasions. Do not hesitate to ask for anything you require.
A 20% (250 euros minimum) deposit is required at the time of booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before the start of your holiday. A small charge is made for departure clean and laundry, price on request. A 500€ breakage deposit is also required. |
