Description of local area and activities: Many watersports are available at the resorts around the Mar Menor.
The Water Park is at Torrevieja, approximatley 30 mins. drive.
Cartegena, Murcia and Torrevieja have sites of historical interest and museums as well as shopping, and are worthy of a one or half day visit.
Many golf courses are within an easy drive. |

Notes: The rates quoted are for 4 persons or less. There is a cleaning supplement of £20 pw for 5 or 6 people. The rate includes use of the air-conditioning/heating units, small safe, digital TV showing some english channels (including BBC, ITV, Ch4, Ch5, Sky Sports and Sky Movies), sun-roof, linen changed once week/exit clean. Beach towels are not included.
Changeover and length of stay generally negotiable, normally weekends in high season.
A deposit of £50 pw is required at time of booking. This also acts as a security deposit and would be returned after your holiday, once we receive the keys back and provided that no extra costs are incurred such as excessive use of linen, or major breakages.
We can usually hold the booking for a few days to enable you to confirm flight and send the deposit.
