Description of facilities: Facilities on-site include a super play area suitable for all children, with swings, slides, table tennis and a trampoline. Also here are lawns for football, croquet, boule and badminton, the area is fenced and safe. Away from the children's area, there is a larger secluded and tranquil area with many trees and a pretty stream.
Description inside property: Abricot has been beautifully renovated in the former grange of the farm.
The front door leads into the lounge which is extremely spacious with high natural oak beamed ceilings, and some exposed stone walls. There is an American-style kitchen area in the main room, with gas cooker, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. There is a dining corner and a comfortable three piece suite, off this main room is a toilet and washbasin room.
The stairs lead to three bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room and one twin bedded room which overlook the courtyard, at the back of the property is a three bedded room with bunkbed and one single bed. Next to this is the bathroom with toilet, washbasin and bath.
Outside is a patio area surrounded by flowerbeds, with table and chairs and a barbecue.

The charming walled town of Dinan on the River Rance, with its squares, castle, shops, markets and many restaurants is a must to visit. Other historic towns to visit such as Dinard, St Malo, Rennes, Lamballe and Combourg along with parks, chateaux, zoos, golf courses, horse riding, fishing and sailing are all available locally. |

Notes: Booking must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked, payable by credit card. The balance is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. We suggest that guests take out holiday insurance to cover any loss of deposit or balance due to unforeseen circumstances.
For deposits and balances we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. For security reasons, please do not send credit card details electronically. Our normal procedure is to take credit card details over the telephone.
Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. Gites are available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
Changeover day can be flexible during Low Season. Part weeks or weekend rates are also negotiable, please feel free to contact us for further information. |
