The living/dining room comes complete with traditional Spanish style furniture, flat screen TV with UK channels, DVD player, selection of DVDs/books, 2 settees, coffee table, dining table, air con/heating and ceiling fan. Patio doors lead out onto a private patio and small front garden.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is a double room on 1st floor with patio doors leading to terrace. Air con/heating, fitted wardrobe, bedside cabinets/lamps. Bedroom 2 and 3 are twin rooms with fitted wardrobes and bedside table/lamps. Also includes a cot and high chair.

Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 on the 1st floor with bath, over-head shower and shower screen, WC, sink with vanity unit and bidet. Bathroom 2 is on the ground floor with walk in shower cubicle, WC and lighted mirror.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped modern kitchen with oven and grill, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. Also comes with numerous cooking utensils and crockery for 6.

Utility Room:
Accessed via kitchen housing water heater, washing machine, clothes airer and genera storage.


Description outside property: This private gated development has been built to a high standard. The residential areas are separated by beautiful walkways and fountains with seating for relaxation. There are 2 large communal pools and a separate children’s splash pool surrounded by large landscaped areas with palm trees which provides shaded areas. Al Andalus Thalassa is suitable for summer and winter breaks as it also boasts an indoor spa/gym facilities with heated pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and hydro-massage showers. Other facilities include a tennis court and a well equipped children's play area, all in your own back yard!

As a gated development, Al Andalus Thalassa also provides a safe environment for children. A parking space is allocated in a designated bay outside the property. Further parking available directly outside the development. A highchair is available if required. Welcome packs can be provided (small charge) if you plan to arrive late into the evening.

Description of local area and activities: Golf
Al Andalus Thalassa affords easy access to the best golf courses in the area. With an average of 322 days of sunshine per year and the fact that this is the driest area in Spain, the region provides golfers with perfect conditions for playing the game over the winter/spring seasons.

There are 2 large supermarkets close by, Mercadona and Consum. The Consum is located in the Hispanic Centre housing the very popular and reasonable priced Wok Buffet plus an Internet Cafe. Behind this building are various restaurants, bars and cafes which are all within a 15 minute walk from the property.

Each of the local villages host a colourful and typically Spanish local market on a different day of the week. For children there is the water park at Vera open between May and September providing great fun and value for money. Sea enthusiasts can enjoy diving in the bays around the Cabo de Gata, water skiing, windsurfing or boat trips on the Mediterranean. The area offers many routes for walking, cycling, horse riding and caves for underground exploration. Mojacar Pueblo is positioned in the foot hills of the Sierra Cabrera with relaxing bars, restaurants and local curios. Mojacar Playa is very vibrant with many restaurants, tapas bars, shops and local stores.

This course combines challenging with other less strenuous holes. The landscaping policy is part of what makes Valle del Este so unique - the course uses the natural terrain and incorporates indigenous species such as palms, olives and figs.

Desert Springs Golf Club, Cuevas del Almanzora:
Inspired by the famous desert courses of Arizona and California, The Indiana course at Desert Springs Golf Club is the first desert course in Europe and has been built to full USGA specifications. The course is both demanding and exhilarating.

Club Marina Golf, Mojacar:
This 18 hole par 72 golf course 5,464 metres and has two distinct halves. The first half, comprising holes 1, 2 and 12 to 18, run parallel to the sea and are flat and forgiving while the other half, holes 3 to 11, take a detour behind a hill and follow more undulating terrain. There are three large lakes which come into play on ten holes.

20% non-refundable deposit required when booking/balance payable 8 weeks prior to scheduled arrival. Full holiday cost payable on booking if booked within 8 weeks of scheduled arrival. A £100 security deposit is payable with balance/deposit refundable on return to UK assuming full compliance with the Terms and Conditions of Hire.
