Description outside property: The terrace is accesible from both the lounge and the master bedroom. It is open and therefore benefits fully from sun all day long. All aspects of the terrace get sun during the morning, in the heat of the afternoon part of the terrace is in shade allowing the chance to cool down.
Due to its elevated position on the 2nd floor the view of the course and mountains beyond are unrestricted. Some ground floor apartments can not offer the same quality views.

| Description of local area and activities: The main attraction to the area around La Torre Golf Resort is the unbeatable Golf facilities. There are many other Golf courses locally some of which I can get DISCOUNTED GOLF RATES. There are tennis courts on the resort and also a gymnasium and health spa. Locally the Mar Menor is a great location to participate in numerous water sports, particularly diving, snorkeling, fishing and sailing. Closeby are the cities of Murcia and Cartegena which offer great history, cathedrals, shopping and markets. Additionally, if you are interested in the beach there are many awarding winning beaches within 15 minites drive of the resort. |

Notes: The apartment overlooks the 18th green on La Torre Golf Resort. The location is perfect for anyone interested in watching or participating in the golf offered at La Torre. You can walk to the clubhouse in under 2 minutes and conveniently drop your clubs off after a round before retiring to the 19th Hole.
It is a Jack Nicklaus designed 18 hole course which forms part of the Nicklaus Trail of Murcia. It is challenging with a number of water hazards and many bunkers - a must for anyone playing in the area.
