There is a shower room on this floor. Upstairs you will find 3 good sized bedrooms with wardrobes. The two double bedrooms have terraces leading off which again give fabulous views of the sea or the old town of Altea. There is a further staircase leading to a further lounge with comfortable seating and another balcony with great views.
Description outside property: The terraces are all furnished and each one gives a lovely view of the sea or the old town of Altea. Outside there are communal landscaped gardens and a large communal pool with shallow childrens area. Ample parking can be found outside of this property.
