The master bed room is large with plenty of room for a cot.All bedrooms (except 4) have good wardrobes ,cupboards and storage.Bedroom 4 is a "naya"room and has 2 convertable armchair beds(extra matresses supplied for comfort) , a table and bench seats which make it useful for alternative use.
Bathrooms; The master bathroom is just outside the bedroom door. It is a bathroom with bath and showerspray- plus a tiled shower cubicle. bidet,wc. and basin. The family bathroom is newly refitted with shower cubicle . basin and wc and is located between bedrms 2and3 .
All rooms are on the groundfloor but a there are few steps up to access the two entrances.The floors are tiled throughout which is cooling in the summer.


Description outside property: Through an archway there isa large paved secluded garden with a walk-in private pool ,not overlooked, which can be lit at night. and a covered BBQ with sinkand units. Description of local area and activities: Javae is a coastal town with Moorish and Roman connections which has grown fromthe original town on the hillbeneath Montgo (thelocal land mark).Javea old town centre has an old church and a covered market and an outdoor one on thursday on the main car park.Near the centre you can find a number of resuarants ,banks ,post office and tourist office.
Javea port is about amile away situated below the Cabo de SanAntonio,with it's lighthouse.At the far end of the port is the main Marina which includes a small commercial fishing centre . To the frontage of the port adjacent to the pebble beach are pedestrian areas and restuarants and shops to explore.
The final part that makes the whole of Javea is the beach area L'|Arenal at the centre of the natural bay of Javea .The sandy beach is clean and and includes volley ball and childrens' play areas.The main attraction apart from the beach is the wide pedestrian promenade which has alarge variety of restaurants ,bars and shops.In the summer months this promenade has an outdoor market every night to it's full length which is a great attraction for all.
Surrounding Javea are various urbanisations of mainly villas. Our villa is located in the well established select area of Balcon al Mar.
What makes Javea a most attractive place to spend a holiday is the fact that there are no sky-scraper buildings like most coastal resorts and it is able to retain it's Spanish character.
A day out for the children would be to visit Terra Mitica the theme park near Benidorm (an hour's drive away) There are plenty some spectacular scenery around the area for driving .walking or cycling.

The villa is cleaned for arrival and clean linen and towels provided for each weekof stay.

A deposit of £100 perweek is required on booking and full payment 8 weeks prior to arrival
