Description inside property: Our modern 2-bedroom apartment is situated on the first floor of a small, select, gated development in a quiet residential area on the edge of a pinewood. The immaculately presented apartment sleeps up to 4 and comprises a lounge with a dining area, kitchen area, two well furnished bedrooms and a full modern bathroom with a bath and a good shower. The apartment has a private balcony with pleasant views and is furnished with a table and four chairs. The apartment has a covered reserved parking space. The apartment is ideally situated between a quiet pinewood and a tranquil park; which has a small area for children’s activities. It is about ten minutes walk from the magnificent La Barrosa beach.
Equipment
The lounge is attractively furnished and has a settee that converts to a double bed. There is a TV, DVD player, and a CD player. The totally new kitchen area has the benefit of a gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. There are two well furnished bedrooms; one double and one twin, both with built in wardrobes.
Directions
Our apartment is about 45 minutes drive from Jerez airport. Other airports include Seville - 90 minutes, Malaga - two and a half hours, and Gibraltar - 90 minutes. We supply detailed instructions and maps from all these airports.
Description outside property: Apartment is set in a quiet gated area in very well kept gardens, overlooking a pine wood. We are a ten minute walk to La Barrosa beach and only 100 metres to the tennis club which has a swimming pool in high season.

Description of local area and activities: The region has a host of interesting places to visit. Just a few are :-
Jerez – famous for its sherry and brandy bodegas and for shows featuring the white stallions of Andalucia. The Gonzales Byass bodega with lunchtime tapas is definitely worth a visit.
Seville – with cathedrals, ancient buildings, theatres, parks and museums.
Cadiz – This famous city is less than 30 minutes by car. A walk around the old city is not to be missed.
Vejer – an arab-andalucian town with the white beauty of its narrow steep streets and the folk tradition of its ‘veiled women’.
Gibraltar – only just over an hour away by car. Gibraltar has the rock tours, castles,barbary apes and of course the shopping.
Aqua park – near to Puerto de Santa Maria, less than twenty minutes away by car.
Donana National park - less than thirty minutes by car. It is the most important nature reserve in Europe with over 250 species of wild birds and animals such as red deer, fallow deer, wild boar, mongoose and lynx.
Golf Course - designed by Severiano Ballesteros is only 5 minutes away by car.
Tarifa - about 45 minutes drive away. You can take a boat to go whale and dolphin watching or visit Morocco by hydrofoil.
It is also Europe’s premier windsurfing and kite surfing region.
