Description inside property: Newly built modern apartment wich has everything you need (even cards, books, DVDs, CDs). The areas (San Pedro and Lo Pagan) are traditional Spanish, however over the last few years we have notice the menu's now come in English and the amenities closest to the apartment cater for English. If you want very Tradional Spainsh then the 'La Casa Del Reloj' Spanish eating house is a 10 minute walk.
Situated by the side of the San Pedro Salt Lakes and the Mar Menor this is the perfect place for a relaxing holiday. If you hire a car it is a 30 minute drive to the famouse La Manga strip.
We not only rent our apartment but frequently stay in it with our little girl and friends.
It consists of a spacious open plan Lounge/Dinning room with adjoined kitchen, twin bedroom with double wardrobe, double bedroom with double wardrobe, built in safe and ceiling fans, overlooks the pool area, spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet, bath/shower, spacious balcony with table and chairs and laundry area with washing machine.

Notes: Deposits:
Please telephone or email for availability. A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking. A seperate £50 security deposit is required with the final payment 6 weeks prior to departure date.
Towels / Linen / Cleaning: Towels and linen are provided. Beach towels are not provided. Cleaning charge of 50€ is payable upon arrival (this covers cleaning, welcome pack of tea, coffee, milk, bread and being met upon arrival by English speaking person).
Changeover: Arrivals after 15:00 unless prior arrangement and departure before 11:00. We are very flexible and can make exceptions, just contact us with your requirements.
Notes on Accommodation: Key holder lives nearby in case of emergencies. We have a contacts for Airport Transers (English speaking) and for baby equipment hire, everything from prams, travel cots, high chairs, car seats to baby milk and nappies. No pets allowed. |
