JUST A 10 MINUTE WALK OR 2 MINUTE DRIVE FROM THE HOUSE TO THE RESORT CENTRE THERES THE FOLLOWING:-

SUPERMARKET, BARS, RESTAURANTS, MURPHYS IRISH PUB WITH EVENING SPECIALS, GOLF SHOP,TAPAS BARS, ICE CREAM PARLOUR, INTERNET CAFE WITH 8 COMPUTERS, 5 STAR HOTEL, AND A CLUBHOUSE

Description inside property: THIS TOWNHOUSE HAS BEEN FURNISHED TO A VERY HIGH STANDARD WITH NO EXPENSE SPARED. THE FURNITURE IS SOLID WOOD THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE AND THE LOUNGE SUITE IS GENUINE REAL LEATHER. SUN BATHE IN PRIVACY ON THE LARGE TERRACE THAT OVERLOOKS A 33 METER POOL AND TWO TENNIS COURTS 50 METRES AWAY, IT IS IN A VERY ENVIABLE POSITION.

The house is in a quiet road with a drive in the front garden with space to park one car. To the rear of the house we have a lawned area beyond the large patio, which has a table and 4 chairs and overlooks a lovely 33m swimming pool and 2 fine tennis courts, which are adjacent to the 14th fairway.

Upstairs theres a large terrace,which is accessed from the landing or master bedroom and has 3 large potted plants, a table and 4 chairs, 4 loungers and a BBQ. Both areas have outside lighting, so you have a choice as to where you can relax in the evenings with a bottle or two.

The property has been furnished with top quality furniture and a GENUINE LEATHER SUITE. In the lounge there's a LCD FLAT SCREEN 32" TV and DVD player, a free internal telephone which has INTERNET access via Ethernet cable(not supplied).
The kitchen is fully fitted with Microwave, Washing machine, Dishwasher, Oven and 4 ring electric hob,Toaster, Cafetiere and Sandwich Toaster.

The house has FULL CENTRAL HEATING throughout and AIR CONDITIONING in the lounge/dining area. Both bedrooms have powerful ceiling fans.

Description of local area and activities: Dear Barry and Jenny,
We have just come back from a fantastic holiday!
The house was perfect, it had everything we could possibly need and more!!!
The location for us with two children was great with the pool so close! We sat on the roof terrace sipping Sangria and could still keep an eye on them playing in the pool!!!
Weather was sunny,hot with one day of rain in the two weeks

Hello Barry yes we are back safe and sound and thank you the house was great. The only improvement would be on the weather which neither of us could have changed. John was happy in the Irish bar on a night complete with his cigar, they all loved the golf, the kids even ventured into the pool few times for a couple of minutes much to the amazement of people on the tennis court who must have thought they were nuts. Thank you again .
