Although a studio, the sleeping area is separate from the living area & has a 3/4 pull-down blind for some privacy. Ideal for 2 persons, the 36 m2 apartment can accommodate 3, using the sofa bed, though it is not suitable for young children, being 3rd floor with full length windows. The living room also has a bookcase, armchair, TV with outside ariel, portable electric fan, & CD/tape/radio. There is even a mobile phone with French SIM card provided for guests' convenience. The kitchen has a full sized fridge/ freezer, cooker with oven, microwave oven, coffee-maker & a breakfast table with seating for two. An iron & ironing board are provided for guests' use, & there is a self service laundrette 2 minutes walk from the apartment.


Nice took it´s place as the leading resort in the Cote dÁzur during the rise of tourism in the 19thC, when English travellers were charmed by the location on the Bay of Angels, the temperate climate & colourful old town facades.
It has since enchanted many romantics, writers, poets &, especially, painters, who were inspired by the wonderful light of the city.
