Description inside property: Calle Rodeo 7 is a magnificent detached villa in a quiet residential area situated 1.5 miles out of Nerja town. It has three bedrooms, shower room and ensuite bathroom upstairs and a fully self contained one bedroom apartment with a separate entrance downstairs. The villa has recently been reburbished and is very well equipped with good quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Enter the property through a locking wrought iron gate from which the path leads around to the front door and into a small vestibule which in turn opens out to the beautiful sitting room which is very comfortably appointed with good quality furniture. There is a log burning fire (fully functional) and a satellite T.V. There is also an air conditioning/heatingunit which is coin operated. Full size double patio doors lead out onto the terrace. There is a dining area with a French window leading to the patio and pool area. It has a table and chairs and leads directly to the fully fitted kitchen complete with fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle. The upstairs shower room is fully tiled with shower, w.c. and wash hand basin. There are three bedrooms in the main villa, two of them having twin single beds and plenty of wardrobe space and the third having a double bed. There is also plenty of wardrobe space in this room and it has a coin operated air conditioning/heater unit. It has a fully tiled ensuite bathroom with bath and overhead shower, bidet, w.c. and wash hand basin. Go through the double patio doors from the sitting room onto the terrace which has magnificent views over Nerja and the sea. The pool is of an excellent size with sun loungers, reclining chairs and patio furniture. There are steps to the side of the house which lead to the separate self contained apartment which consists of a double bedroom, small lounge with kitchen area and a shower room.
