Description of facilities: There is a riding stables only 5 mins walk away from the villa. Bike hire is available at the information office also 5 mins walk away. The recently opened shopping centre "Portal De La Marina" with over 120 shops all under cover is 10mins drive away near the exit 62 of the motorway.
Description inside property: Our villa is decorated with matching attractive soft furnishings. The lounge has a beamed high ceiling with double glazed french doors which open onto the sunny terrace, ideal for breakfast. There you can sit and enjoy the beautiful view to the Montgo mountain and the sea. The dining room is furnished with a glass topped table and 4 chairs
The main double bedroom has a fitted wardrobe and an en suite bathroom. The twin bedded room has an adjacent shower room.

| Description of local area and activities: There are two restaurants only 5 mins walk from the villa. The riding stables are 3 mins walk. There are two theme parks about 3o mins drive away and Safari Park about 10 mins away. There are water parks and many other attractions in Benidorm, approx 30 mins drive. We would recommend driving into the hills behind the villa and exploring the rugged picturesque scenery and mountain villages. |
