Description of facilities: The apartment is very well appointed
Description inside property: Visitors enter Casa Anna into a hallway off which is a sitting / dining room, kitchen, bedroom and a bathroom (with tub). The immediate impression is of light and freshness. The living room opens out immediately onto a large roof terrace which, with table and chairs set out and a large umbrella for shade (as shown in the photo) is the hub of the apartment whether for eating out, relaxing, sunbathing or simply watching the comings and goings in the bustling street below.
The sitting / dining room is charming and comfortable with a central dining table and two armchairs and a sofa which pulls down (easy mechanism) into a good quality double bed. The brand new furniture is off-set by an antique display cabinet, chest and nice prints and paintings on the wall. As shown in the photo, the kitchen is through an archway which can be curtained off as required. Again this is charming and well-equipped and looks out onto the terrace across a fold-down breakfast bar against the window. The double bedroom has a bathroom (with shower) ensuite. This ensures privacy all round as guests sleeping on the sofa-bed have the bathroom off the hallway for their personal use.
Everything in Casa Anna has been done with great attention and care for the comfort and safety of visitors from the English made curtains, to the nice furniture and details such as the provision of a cupboard beside the sofabed to store the bedding, the ‘american’ coffee maker in the kitchen, and so on.
Description outside property: The terrace is superb and runs the length of the apartment It is furnished with umbrella, table and chairs, ideal for lazy mornings or sitting out for a meal and drinks in the evening.

| Notes: Rome is one of those places that everyone has to visit at least once in a lifetime – whether you’re a lover of history, a classicist, a film buff, want to visit the Vatican or simply like exploring cities, shopping, visiting markets – Rome is a ‘must’. Apart from everything else, it is a city full of surprises, traffic drives through a gateway from 200BC, a Roman forum is hidden behind blocks of flats, a film festival is taking place on an island in the middle of the Tiber. A guidebook is important but equally so is keeping ones eyes open for the unexpected. |
