Description inside property: A beautiful luxury large detached house on the outskirts of a real Pueblo Blanco in Inland Andalucía. La Celada is a small village offering a bar, and a shop, and is located only 5 minutes from Iznajar, with its beautiful lake and historic buildings. Casa de Colina is located on the hill above the village and offers wonderful views across the village and Iznajar beyond. It offers 4 bedrooms, numerous terraces, and a completely private garden with pool. The house also offers parking for numerous cars, and can easily accommodate more than one family at a time as the way the living accommodation is arranged ensures privacy if needed. The house offers full heating throughout, and all linen and towels are provided (excluding pool towels). There are also toys and children’s books for your use. The house offers a wonderfully large hall with access to the main lounge with woodburning stove and satellite TV, and DVD player with numerous DVDs and board games for your use. There is also access to the large luxury fitted kitchen with dishwasher and into the family room, again with satellite TV. From here, there is direct access to the fully landscaped and private garden with the beautiful 8m x 4m pool. Continuing the downstairs accommodation, there is a double bedroom offering two single beds and a fold out chair bed. A fan is in situ for the summer months. This has its own large bathroom with bath and shower. Access to the utility room is also from the hall, and here you will find the washing machine for your use. Upstairs, the galleried landing offers a seating area with books, maps and guide books for your perusal. Off this is the other 3 bedrooms, each offering a double bed and all with their own en-suites and ceiling fans. Two bedrooms have shower rooms and access to a large private terrace, and the master suite has a dressing room and large bathroom with bath and shower. Another private terrace is reached from the master suite, overlooking the pool and garden. The garden is fully landscaped with the beautiful 8m x 4m pool, which is completely private. It also offers numerous seating areas, one with satellite TV, and a large BBQ.
Description outside property: The garden area is completely private, and is not overlooked by anyone. The pool is newly built and is stunning, with large roman steps for relaxing and reading a book, whilst keeping cool. Inflatables are provided for guest use. There are numerous seating areas in the garden, with an al fresco dining area too. A large BBQ and bar area offer a wine fridge, and the chill out area offers digital TV!

| Description of local area and activities: We are ideally located for travelling and visiting different sights. Around one hour from both beautiful Granada and Cordoba and the same from Malaga and the coast, and just two hours from stunning Seville. You can reach the Sierra Nevada’s in one and a half hours and a little closer are the historical towns of Antequerra and Priego de Cordoba (both half an hour). The region of Andalucía offers stunning countryside for walking and it is also great for mountain biking, with the track round the lake being particularly suitable. |
