Description inside property: Casa de Colina is a beautifully, newly renovated detached house located in the countryside of Andalucia. Its location on the edge of the quaint village of La Celada, brings you to the heart of Real Spain, and you will find yourself living the real Spanish Life! La Celada offers a small local bar and a well stocked shop, aswell as a daily bread van for your fresh morning loaf! La Casa offers you a fantastic opportunity to experience Spanish village life and mingle with the friendly locals. The large house allows more than 1 family to live comfortably and the large garden with its own swimming pool means you can cool off in the heat of the day, and relax at night with a glass of wine watching the sun set. We are surrounded by beautiful scenery which offers you numerous activities, including walking, golf and mountain biking amongst others. The lake is a 4 minute drive away and offers a beach with numerous activities and beach restaurants. The Sierra Nevada mountains are also close by offering more sporting opportunities all year round.
The accommodation is extremely spacious, bright and modern, but with a strong Spanish influence. Interior décor is all new and done to a very high standard. The numerous spacious rooms offer plenty of space for families to be together or to have some time seperatley. The whole house is tastefully and comfortably furnished. All the doors and windows have shutters and the floors are all fully tiled, which help keep the house cool in the summer months. Most rooms also have the benefit of ceiling fans.
For the winter months, the house is fully heated and there is a log burner in the main lounge.
The house is extrememly child friendly, with toys for toddlers and a sand pit. We also provide board games for the use of our guests
La Casa has a “No Smoking” policy indoors.
We also have 3 chickens that are kept in one part of the garden. You are not required to care for them in any way, but are welcome to use the fresh aggs thay provide.

Description outside property: Placed in the centre of La Celada, the house overlooks the beautiful and tranquil Plaza de San Jose, with its seating and trees.
We have made use of the houses large size to offer a large roof terrace, which is totally private and offers a sunbathing area, a 6 seater hydro-spa, a bar area, a BBQ, an undercover seating area and Sky TV. There is also a telescope to watch the amazing stars in the clear night sky.
There are also toys available for the little ones, including a sand pit.
The spa offers the perfect alternative to a pool, which is often just used to cool off in anyway, and unless heated can be too cold to get into! The temperature can be easily adjusted to suit you - have it cooler in the day to cool off from the sun, then warmer at night, to sit and enjoy a glass of wine and watch the tv, or listen to some music. From the Spa, the views are incredible, so you can sit and watch the sun go own over the mountains and the starts twinkling in the clear night sky.
