There is an extensive patio area, with furniture and loungers, around pool and 2 roof terraces, second floor and roof. Air conditioning is installed in the lounge and all bedrooms. The ground floor is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and two twin bedrooms. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. The lounge is equipped with tv, Sky satellite, DVD, hi-fi and wood burning stove. The villa is fully equipped to sleep six. All linen, towels and pool towels are supplied and bed linen changed weekly. A property management company cares for the villa and pool. A welcome pack, to your order, can be arranged directly with them. The villa is non-smoking.
Description Outside Property:
There is a pool side shower. There is a barbecue and table with six chairs for alfresco dining. Please note that children should be supervised at all times whilst by the pool it is not fenced off.
Additional Information
Description of Local Area and Activities: The famous Victorian spa in the village of Tolox which is open from July to September. Visitors to the spa come from all over Spain to take the waters.
