There is an extensive patio area, with furniture and loungers, around pool and 2 roof terraces, second floor and roof. Air conditioning is installed in the lounge and all bedrooms. The ground floor is open plan with a fully fitted kitchen, with oven, hob, cooker hood, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, electric kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board. There is a master bedroom with king size bed and two twin bedrooms. There is an en-suite shower room to the master bedroom. The lounge is equipped with tv, Sky satellite, DVD, hi-fi and wood burning stove. The villa is fully equipped to sleep six. All linen, towels and pool towels are supplied and bed linen changed weekly. A property management company cares for the villa and pool. A welcome pack, to your order, can be arranged directly with them.
Description outside property: There is a pool side shower. There is a barbecue and table with six chairs for alfresco dining. Please note that children should be supervised at all times whilst by the pool it is not fenced off.
