Breakfeast bar archway through to lounge. Lounge/diner with dining for 6, sofa bed that sleeps 2. TV with satellite, TV includes movies, sports & English channels, DVD player with a selection of DVD's. A CD player & a selection of family games & board games along with the selection of books.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed & a large fitted wardrobe, also a safety deposit box. Double doors lead to a small private balcony with tranquil views of the orange groves. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds & fitted wardrobe. The fully tiled bathrioom has a 4 piece suite with vanity unit & a shower.
Double doors from lounge lead out onto a large terrace with views of the pool, gardens & fountains. Fully equipped with table, chairs & clothes airer.
A spiral staircase leads up to the fabulous private roof solarium which is equipped to an exceptional standard, with large table & 6 chairs, sun loungers & a swing lounger for private sunbathing. BBQ, utensils & extra outdoor dining paraphernalia together with outdoor lighting & power points mean that you can stay up sipping wine & drinking in the atmosphere til late & make Alfresco dining on this roof solarium a real bonus!
Description outside property: Eva apartment is situated in the beautiful Spanish village Algorfa "A Little Piece of Spanish Heaven". Just take a short stroll & there are many shops selling local produce i.e butchers, bakers, the locals are friendly & only too happy for you to try before you buy! Or why not walk to the local bodega & fill your own container full of local wine!!! Beautiful wine at exceptionally cheap prices!
Several local bars & restaurants serving both Spanish & English Fayre. The bars are very child friendly & there is a pool table & other bar games in one local bar. The prices fortunately are still Spanish & not hiked up as is usual in the more touristy areas.
The picturesque square with its gardens & fountains is an ideal place for relaxing in one of the cafe bars. A weekly market is held in the Square. La Finca is within walking distance of the apartment with its stunning golf course & club house, Las Ramblas, Villa Martin, Alicante & many other well known golf courses are just a short drive away.
Opposite the Eva apartment is an open air water & sports park offering many facilities including Tennis, Football, large swimming pool with sun loungers & children’s play area. There is a local gym.
Algorfa is very well situated to suit a variety of tastes & requirements. The surrounding villages offer more Spanish bars & restaurants to try. Also just a short drive away is the A37 motorway which offers very easy driving up & down the whole coastline opening up endless places to visit.. The well known La Manga resort is only 50 minutes away. Murcia is a lovely town with old & new attractions. Torrevieja is 20 minutes drive offering excellent shopping, Markets, restaurants & lovely walks along the shoreline on the promenade. Alicante offers bigger & more varied shopping & for Golf the excellent Alicante Golf Club offers a fabulous round!
The award winning Guadamar Beach is only 15 minutes away offering miles upon miles of golden sands ice-cream parlours, shops & restaurants should satisfy everyone.
