Description inside property: the property is a ist floor duplex apartment, with private roof terrace, that is ideal for sun, fun and golf holidays, or just chilling out around the pool.
The property was brand new last year, and is furnished with new furniture from local shops, (quite a lot from the IKEA in murcia.) It is fully air-conditioned (reverse cycle so hears in winter)
It is located very close to the local amenieties (shops, banks, many bars and resteraunts) about 5 min walk. The closest beach is Punta Prima and is about 10-15 min walk, and other beaches such as la Zenia and la Florida are 5 min drive away
Inside there is two double bedrooms, a lounge / Dining area, two bathrooms and a kitchen and utility area.
The lounge has a brand new TV and satelite reciever (has been programmed with 19 english channels, including around 20 UK teresteral channels. There is also a DVD player with a selection of family programs and films and a Nintendo Game cube with a few games.
The two bedrooms both have twin beds (that can be pushed together to make a large double), One of the bedrooms has an ensuite shower/toilet, both have built in wardrobes.
The lounge also has a doulbe bed sette and a single bed sette and the dining area has an extentable dining table with 4 chairs.
The Spacious house bathroom has a full sized bath, with shower over, Toilet and Bidet.
The kitchen is small but perfectly formed with a cooker, large Fridge Freezer and plenty of cupboard space. and there is a small utility area with Washer, Microwave and more cupboard space.
To the front of the property there is a covered terrace with sea views, and on the top floor there is a large roof garden with barbecue area, table and chairs, plus sun loungers and a gazebo for shade. There are great views from here of the sea and local area.
There are very large private communalgardens and grassed area with two large swimming polls, that have locked gates and a security fence.

Description of local area and activities: We have two private pools for the use of residents in the communal gardens, plus
there are some great bar/restaurants within a few minutes walking distance.
Just down the road (about 15-20 min walk) there is a bar/shopping complex that has many resteraunts and bars with lively entertainment every night.
Torrevieja is famous for its salt lakes, which are supposed to make the area one of the healthiest around. The lakes also have Flamingos and other wildlife.
Just down the road is the Mar Menor, which is a fabulous inland sea, very shallow and lovely and warm. Great for water sports.
There is also an Aquapark near Torrevieja and a Go Carting track within walking distance.

Additional cleaning cost of 45 Euros payable locally to hosts. (note for party's over 4 add 5 euro's per person) A late "welcome" fee of 15 euro's will be added for guests arriving or leaving after 20:00
The host will also provide an airport pickup service for 40 euros each way to Murcia airport (45 to Alicante airport)
Welcome pack containing esential groceries and water can be provided when you arrive for 15 euro's (paid to host)
A power meter is fitted to apartment, guests are given an initial 10 Euros of credit, and can purchase additional cards from the host at 10 Euros each. (only really needed if it is a large party or the A/C is extensively used. |
