This gated community has it's own golf shop, restaurant, bar and gym as well as numerous swimming pools.

Situated at the quieter less developed end of the exclusive Costa Del Sol, and set in the picturesque wine growing area of Manilva, our newly completed luxuriously spacious apartment enjoys panoramic views over the golf course and the Mediterranean. Our apartment is located just a few minutes drive from the picturesque marina of La Duquesa and the beautiful white Andalucian mountain village of Casares.

Puerto De La Duquesa is the southern coast's best kept secret retaining its distinct Andalucian charm, offering a peaceful, relaxing holiday found nowhere else on the Costa Del Sol. Built around the beautiful focal point of its own 360 berth marina, La Duquesa hosts a superb range of facilities including bars and restaurants to suit all tastes. And thanks to the fact that the heart of the marina is closed to traffic, this peaceful haven is a joy for holiday makers of all ages. Casares Village is just a 10 minute drive inland and is a unique Spanish vaillage nestled in the hillside with white painted houses interlaced with tiny streets. Besides walking along the narrow cobbled streets with their Moorish design, one should not miss the opportunity to visit the Arabic castle at the top of the hill where the views are particularly spectacular.

The coastal motorway gives rapid access to both Marbella and Malaga in the east and Gibraltar in the west. Our apartment is easily reached by motorway from either Malaga airport (50 minutes) or Gibraltar airport (25 minutes).

Our apartment is just a few minutes drive away from the blue flag beach with a first class chiringuito (beach bar) which is open all year round.

The Costa Del Sol has recently adopted the name of Costa Del Golf for obvious reasons. There are now an abundance of golf courses along this stretch of coast and all within a 20 minute drive of our apartment.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are a 20-25 minute drive away and have been homes to the rich and famous for many years now. You’ll see just how rich some of the residents are in the marina’s of Marbella and Puerto Banus where their huge yachts are moored and the expensive sports cars parked adjacent to the numerous restaurants. Puerto Banus becomes a lively cosmopolitan port in the evening with it’s legendary nightlife including many bars and a few nightclubs to suit all tastes.

Marbella and Puerto Banus are a shoppers haven for famous fashion houses, vibrant shops and boutiques. Puerto Banus is also host to a traditional market in the central plaza where there are stalls selling merchandise ranging from clothes, local artefacts and dried fruits.

Notes: La Duquesa golf course is an 18 hole, Par:72 course, opened to the public in 1985 and designed by Robert Trent Jones. It offers two distinctive parts. the first one, of English style, with long narrow fairways and elevated greens, and then the second wider half. There are excellent views from the course of the Rock and the African coast which can be clearly seen.

The 18 hole Par:72 Sotogrande golf course, of which it is said its designer Robert Trent Jones feels extremely proud, is a very special course. Sotogrande is without doubt amongst the best golf courses in Spain, and since its opening in 1964, it is regularly ranked amongst the best ten golf courses in Europe.

Valderrama is an 18 hole Par:71 Robert Trent Jones masterpiece and more than justifies its legendary reputation. The host to ten Volvo Masters events and, of course, the 1997 Ryder Cup, this is probably the best golf course in all of Europe.
