Description of facilities: lots of games are provided and also lots of toys for the pool area ,we also have badmington and croquet. we provide sun loungers and hammocks and each outside table has a parasol

Description inside property: this beautifull farmhouse is set in glorious countryside ,set in its own grounds with 3and half acres of orchard.the house is very spacious and equipped with all mod-cons...washing machine,dishwasher etc.the house is divided by two separate staircases which makes it ideal if two families are sharing together, each side has two double bedrooms and a bathroom.and their is also a splash room outside and toilet ,for use around the pool.the pool is 12x6 metres and fully fenced in with a childproof gate.there is lots of patio space for al-fresco dining and a large bbq outside.we provide lots of hammocks for just chilling out, and the area is full of nature with lots of rare birds and wildlife.the hous is within easy walking distance of sauze-vaussais (20mins) or a 2 minute drive.this town has plenty of bars ,restaurants,bakers and banks,and also a large supermarket.there is plenty to go and see in the area and we are an hour and half from the coast. The hous can sleep upto 10 and we also have a bed and breakfast prices start from only 40 EUROS PER NIGHT AND EVENING MEAL CAN BE PROVIDED...this house can also be rented if you have a large family.

Description outside property: there is plenty of space outside and we provide telescope and binoculars for those interested in wild life and astronomy, there is plenty of space to park cars as we have a large gravelled area.there are three outside tables one in the shade that seats 12 people and one on the back terrace that seats 8/10 and one around the pool for 4 people
