Description of facilities: Set in a rural conservation area its position gives you accessibility to the River Trieux, its walks and mountain bike trails. The pretty town of Pontrieux is 5 mins away by car where there is an excellent supermarket and boulangerie. The nearest fishing resort is Paimpol (20 mins), but there are many other popular resorts and historic towns convenient to get to. Table tennis and darts are available in the games room. Our guests are families who enjoy this unique position, the facilities and many make re-bookings
Description inside property: Originally Cos Stang was two attached stone barns. They were converted into a single spacious cottage offering visitors comfort and modern conveniences whilst still retaining some of the old charisteristic features. The accommodation is comfortable with generous provision of equipment to make your stay enjoyable.
The Ground Floor Large kitchen includes electric oven, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board. Dining Room includes large dining table and a piano. Lounge includes comfortable seating and video player. Toilet and cloakroom facilities Games Room.
Upstairs Ther are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms enjoying panoramic views of the open countryside. The first floor is divided into two self contained halves with each halve accessible by its own staircase and having a double and a twin room with bathroom shower and toilet. There is independent heating in all rooms

| Notes: Saturday is the normal change over day. A deposit of 25% of the total cost of the accomodation is required to secure a booking, with the balance due 6 weeks before arrival. A refundable security deposit of £50 is also required to cover any breakages etc. The property will be available from 16.00hrs on the date of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00hrs of the day of departure. You will be required to bring your own pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. All booking conditions are attached to the booking form. |
