Description inside property: This spacious first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment has been built to a very high standard and has been tastefully furnished throughout. Features include, tiled floors throughout, air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, satellite TV (inc BBC/ITV channels) and DVD player. The kitchen comprises fridge/freezer, washing machine, toaster, microwave and kettle, along with a full range of cooking utensils, pots, pans, cutlery and crockery. The living/dining room is spacious and leads onto a private balcony which then gives access to an extensive roof solarium fully furnished with sunloungers, table and chairs. This solarium offers spectacular views of the area. Both the double and twin bedded rooms have built in wardrobes and bedside tables and baby cots can be provided at a cost of approximately €15 although prior booking is required. The property comprises a bathroom and shower room and also provided are iron, ironing board, hair dryer and safe.
Description outside property: OUt from the lounge patio doors you will find a balcony area where you can enjoy a little shade in the hotter months, up a flight of stairs from here you will find a very specious roof terrace offewring a large table with six chairs and four sunloungers to help you relax and soak up the sun, There is a bbq for your use all we ask is for you to clean it after using and replace the coals.
