Large lounge/diner with patio doors onto the very long balcony. The sea can be seen from the balcony and from within the apartment with the boats coming into the leisure harbour. The harbour is a couple of minutes walk from the apartment. There is a dining table and chairs which seats 8 people and two settees, one being a sofa bed. There is a TV,DVD, VCR and CD player in the lounge area. CDs and DVDs are left in the apartment for you to use.
The balcony runs along the whole depth of the apartment approximately 15 sq meters. There are two sets of patio tables and chairs. The balcony is not recessed and there are roll out canopies for protection from the sun. You can sit and watch the sea and boats going to and from the harbour.
The main bathroom comprises bath/shower, handbasin, wc and bidet. Fully tiled.
There is a secure garage beneath the apartment block with an allocated parking slot with access by lift to the apartment.
