Description of facilities: There is a TV, DVD and CD player in the apartment.
Description inside property: The property is extremely well maintained and easy to look after with its white floor tiles and magnolia walls. It is furnished to a high standard as it is only 3 years old. It has heating/air conditioning units in the Lounge and Main bedroom. The Main bedroom has an en-suite, all the other rooms are of a good size with views both over the pool and the green promenade to the front. A very pleasing apartment, light and airy.
Description outside property: Our apartment block has a green play area outside adjoining a promenade walkway leading to the beach and town, as well as a fully enclosed Roof Sun Terrace. Pilar de la Horadada is a short walk away, where there are enchanting Spanish squares with numerous bars, restaurants, lovely shops and supermarkets. Also there is a shared pool area which is in full sunshine all day.
