Description inside property: Our family owned apartment is located on a quiet complex in the unspoilt village of La Azohia. The apartment is well equipped, the kithcen has a dishwasher, microwave, washing machine and fridge freezer.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes with plentiful hanging space. the master bedroom comprises a double bed, 2 side draws and a security shutter. the two twin bedrooms also have security shutters and draw space.
There is a spacious lounge diner comprising table/ chairs, 2 sofas, security shutters and a TV/ DVD player.
There are 2 bathrroms, the main bathroom is fully tiled and comprises bath with shower, bidet and storage space, the smaller shower room is also fully tiled and includes a toilet.
The apartment is fully air conditioned.
Outside you have the benefit of 2 terraces, both of a good size. the rear\terrace is private and looks over the shared pool. this is equipped with patio table and chairs and storage for buckets, brooms etc.
The apartment has access to a shared pool and sun area, this is a 1 minute walk from the apartment.

Notes: Change over day is a saturday. the apartment must be vacated by 1200 and will be available for use at 1500. 35 euros is to be left at the end of each stay to our key holder for laundry.
For arrivals after 9pm please add a furtehr £15.
We require a deposit (cheque) for £200 in the event of damage,,this will be returned on your return.
