Inside the enclosed communal garden there is a large swimming pool and sunbathing area. Fantastic restaurants, shops and Tapas bars are all within walking distance. Alcossebre boasts 5 beaches all with Blue Flags status complete with volleyball nets, climbing frames and showers. A car is recommended to discover all the beaches, inland villages, towns and picturesque scenery.

Notes: The altitude of Valdelinares (1,700 metres, 5,200 feet) is such that skiing is guaranteed throughout the ski season thanks to the latest advances in snow cannon technology. For skiers who wish to indulge themselves for a day during a winter sun holiday, the three red slopes are ideal, and this season sees the opening of a new snowpark. There is a ski school and a ski rental shop. For a break from skiing, the restaurants and five cafeterias provide excellent queue-free service. Notes: Every year around the end of February or beginning of March there is a local Carnival organized by the local authorities and residents of Alcossebre. The local Fiestas are celebrated every year at the end of August - beginning of September. |

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE Lodging keys will be collected from our office in Alcossebre. Your entry time into your apartment is between 16.00 and 19:00. If you cannot arrive at your apartment between these hours then please contact the letting department in advance. Please remember to vacate your property by 10:00 am on the day of your departure.
CANCELLATION OF THE CONTRACT BY THE CLIENT In case of a booking cancellation, the client will not be refunded with the initial payment of 30%. If the clients leave voluntarily before the end of their stay they will not be refunded any costs. CHANGES BY THE LETTING COMPANY If the accommodation cannot be occupied because of unforeseen reasons, (not attributable to us) then we will substitute the original accommodation by other with the same or superior characteristics, without any additional costs. DEPOSIT There is a breakage deposit of 100 €, that must be paid at the key collection. The deposit will be refunded on departure if there are no breakages.
