Description inside property: Peaceful country cottage with original beams and wood panelled walls, ideal for families only 1 mile from historic Treignac - officially one of the most beautiful villages in France - with its large leisure lake and beach.
Large lounge / dining room, with new leather furniture offers comfortable seating whilst the rustic dining table & chairs offer ample room for relaxed eating & drinking.
The light & airy kitchen is fitted with all you should need during your stay: electric cooker, microwave, toaster, washing machine & fridge. Also provided is an iron, ironing board & hairdryer.
The master bedroom has within it the original breadoven (four au pain), with views through the french doors to open countryside. The other double bedroom along with the draped twin room, provide stunning views down the valley to Treignac. There is an optional extra childs bed available for the twin room. All bedding is supplied.
As we welcome children, cots, highchairs, stairgates etc. are available. Plenty of childrens toys, games, videos & DVDs are in the cottage.
As the cottage is available all year round the lounge has a wood burning stove to warm up cool nights whilst the bedrooms all have electric radiators. A supplement will be charged for fuel out of season.
As resident owners we can be on hand to help plan days out, visits etc. to make your holiday fun & memorable.
We operate a strict no smoking policy for the benefit of all our guests.
