Description of facilities: Facilities on-site include a super play area suitable for all children, with swings, slides, table tennis and a trampoline. Also here are lawns for football, croquet, boule and badminton, the area is fenced and safe. Away from the children's area, there is a larger secluded and tranquil area with many trees and a pretty stream.
Description inside property: Fraise is new for the 2006 season, it has been beautifully renovated in the former grange of the farm.
This gite has been equipped to provide the possibility of accommodation for families with the need for disabled or reduced mobility facilities. There is parking next to the patio and a small shallow ramp which leads to the front door. The front door leads into the lounge which extremely spacious with a high natural oak beamed ceilings, and some exposed stone walls.
There is a separate kitchen/breakfast room with gas cooker, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Also leading off the lounge is a large downstairs bedroom with a large wet-room type ensuite shower room, with a seat available for the shower area and handrails for the toilet. The doors downstairs are all extra width to allow wheelchair passage.
The stairs lead to two further bedrooms, one double with ensuite shower room which overlooks the courtyard and one twin bedded room with an ensuite bathroom.
Description outside property: La Lohuas offers five gites in a rural setting only a few minutes from the medieval town of Dinan. Each of the gites are fully equipped sympathetic conversions of typical Breton stone buildings around a courtyard. The secure children's play area, four acres of gardens, numerous beaches and local attractions ensure the perfect family holiday.

Other historic towns to visit such as Dinard, St Malo, Rennes, Lamballe and Combourg along with parks, chateaux, zoos, golf courses, horse riding, fishing and sailing are all available locally. |

Notes: Booking must be confirmed with a non-refundable deposit of £100 per week booked, payable by credit card. The balance is payable eight weeks before the start of the holiday. We suggest that guests take out holiday insurance to cover any loss of deposit or balance due to unforeseen circumstances.
For deposits and balances we accept Visa and Mastercard credit cards. For security reasons, please do not send credit card details electronically. Our normal procedure is to take credit card details over the telephone.
Changeover day for your holiday is normally on a Saturday. Gites are available from 4pm on the first day and should be vacated by 10am on the morning of departure.
Changeover day can be flexible during Low Season. Part weeks or weekend rates are also negotiable, please feel free to contact us for further information. |
