Description inside property: The ground floor of the main gite, is an open-plan design, comprising kitchen, lounge and dining areas. There are large French doors either end of the gite making it very light and airy.
The galley style kitchen is fully equipped with gas cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all utensils.
The dining area has a table and 6 chairs, and looks out through the large french doors, onto your own patio and lawn. As garden furniture is provided for the patio, this is a wonderful place to take in the views across the valley.
At the other end of the gite is the lounge area with modern corner suite that coverts to bed settee, 2 matching arm chairs, Large coffee table and TV & DVD player with UK Sky freeview channels.
Description outside property: There is a covered bar area overlooking the pool and although we're not licensed you're welcome to bring your own drinks. Plenty of terrace area around the pool and upto the bar. We have a boules court and pool table that our guests are welcome to use free of charge. There are an abundance of fruit trees in our gardens including cherry and plum giving shaded area's just to the side of the pool.
Although we do not allow smoking inside the gite you are welcome to smoke anywhere outside.

A 35% Deposit is requested to secure your booking and any balance is payable 12 weeks prior to your date of arrival, also, a £200 refundable security bond is requested at the same time as when the balance is due.
