Description inside property: A very comfortable cottage with 2 bedrooms, the large master bedroom has a double bed and a single bed at the other end of it, there is a small tv with DVD integral. Second bedroom with 2 single beds and bathroom with bath and shower attachment.
Downstairs is open plan, kitchen and dining area and large living area with french doors leading to a private patio.
the Kitchen is equipped with washisgmachine, microwave, electric oven and hob, under counter fridge. Place settings for 6.
Dining area table seats 6.
Living area has TV with free to view satalite, english channels. VHS player, CD player. Large selection of books, games, DVD & videos.Wood burning stove and electric radiators.
Description outside property: In the private patio area, there are 2 sunloungers plus table, chairs and sun umbrella, also a barbque.
In the communal garden there is a Boule pitch, heated pool, carport with one space for Hirondelle.
There is a games room with pool table, cues have to be collected from the main house. Another games room with table tennis.
Bicyles range from small to large, girls and boys, there are 2 helmets available.

It is a somewhat techinal course however, suitable for golfers of all abilities. The clubhouse, once the manor farm, retains the original beams and open fireplace. It has hosted a number of major tournaments. |
