Description inside property: This quad house sleeps up to 8 people, it has 3 bedrooms, the master bedroom is on the first floor, it has a double bed and built in wardrobes with a few coathangers and it has patio doors leading on to it's own solarium. The second bedroom also on the first floor has twin beds, built in wardrobe again with some coathangers. Also on the first floor is the main bathroom with a bath which has a overhead shower, bidet, toilet and handbasin. On the ground floor is the third bedroom with a single bed and built in wardrobes. All the bedrooms have ceiling fans and there is a portable oilfilled radiator. The living/dining area has a sofa bed with a pullout bed underneath. There is a dining table with 8 chairs. For your entertainment you have TV/SKY/DVD with MP3 player and a small selection of DVD's along with a few games and books. The kitchen has all the usual electrical goods including oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker etc. The cupboards have crockery, cutlery, saucepans, plastic cups etc. for use outdoors. In the living/dining area we have airconditioning/heater as well as a ceiling fan in the seating area. You will find a shower room on the ground floor with a walk in shower, toilet and hanbasin. There is a rooftop solarium where you can catch the rays. The garden is enclosed with a wall and gate. On the site there are two communal pools which are also walled and gated. The swimming pool is surrounded by grass and therefore makes it a lovely place for both adults and children alike to relax and enjoy.

Description outside property: The holiday home has it's own gravelled garden with a few plants. You can sit and relax on the terrace where you enjoy the sun whilst having that well earned glass of wine or beer or just a refreshing cup of tea. Beach/swimming pool towels are not provided. Smoking is only permitted outside of the house. The cleaning charge is 50 euros which you give to the keyholder on arrival.

| Description of local area and activities: There is a water park in Torrevieja but if you want to go further afield you will find the Aqualandia, marine park, Terra Mitica theme park, Safari parks and a whole lot more. There is Go-karting about 25 minutes walk away. If you want to hire bikes they can be delivered to your door. There are several golf course within a 15 minute drive. If you like views and waterfalls Guadalest is a beautiful place to visit. There are plenty of museums and castles and other historical places of interest. If you like markets there are plenty of them and a full list is in the house as well as an information pack with more information including Emergency numbers. |
