Description inside property: Spacious and fully equipped 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom house in Playa Flamenca, in the beautiful Orihuela Costa on the southern Costa Blanca. The location means that you are not dependant upon having a hire car. Sleeps up to 8 people. The house has terraces on two sides, overlooking one of the two private communal pools, with a sea view from the large solarium. All rooms have ceiling fans and heaters. Egyptian cotton sheets are provided. Towels for use in the house are supplied but please bring your own towels for use at the pool and beach. LOCATION: The house is less than 1 mile from the beach in a quiet location in Playa Flamenca. Close to restaurants, bars and shops. There are full facilities within walking distance so a hire car is not essential. Close to prestigious golf courses: 4km from Villa Martin, 5km from Las Ramblas and Campoamor, 15 minutes drive to La Finca and 25 minutes drive to La Manga. There are many tourist attractions in the area to suit all tastes. Water parks, go-karting, museums, horse riding, zoos, palm gardens, theme park, water sports, diving, the large 'parque natural', many beaches, markets, bowling, cinema. There may even be a local fiesta at the time of your visit. There are historic towns to visit, traditional villages, beautiful coves, lovely countryside and even nearby mountains. Just down the road is the Mar Menor, famous for it's mud baths and water sports. You will find details of many attractions at the house. HOUSE DETAILS: Outside terraces: The house has terraces on two sides overlooking the pool and garden. Large table, chairs and sun shade are provided for 'al fresco' dining. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, hob, oven, grill, kettle, toaster, juicer and wine rack. All cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery are provided. Lounge/diner: The dining area has an extending pine table that comfortably seats 6 and a large pine dresser containing games, books and tourist information for your use. The lounge area has a two seater and a three seater sofa, (three seater converts to an additional double bed), coffee tables, music centre, TV with video and DVD players. A selection of videos, DVD's and CD's are provided for your convenience. Ceiling fans. Downstair shower room: Shower, wash basin and toilet. Downstair twin bedroom: Large built in wardrobe, two full-size English single beds (Spanish beds are shorter!), two pine bedside cabinets, pine headboards, bedside lamps. The iron and ironing board are stored in the wardrobe. Ceiling fan. Marble stairs to first floor. Master bedroom: Large room with a King size bed, headboard, two bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, large chest of drawers, mirrors and built in wardrobe. Double doors open onto the balcony with wooden table and chairs, overlooking the pool and garden. Ceiling fan. Upstairs twin bedroom: Large room with two full size English single beds, bedside cabinets, bedside lamps, headboards, chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe. (Space for additional bed or cot if required.) Ceiling fan. Upstairs bathroom: Bath with shower over, vanity wash basin, toilet and bidet. Washing machine is in the airing cupboard on landing. Marble stairs to: Solarium: Large roof terrace with table, chairs, sun shade, barbecue, sun loungers, clothes drier. Views to the pool and garden and also of the sea. POOLS: There are two pools of the same size available for your use, both in gated grounds for safety. The first is next to the house, set in a garden and clearly visable from all outdoor spaces and from most windows of the house. The second is not visable but very close by and has more terrace.

LAS RAMBLAS Approximately 5km from the house. Las Ramblas is regarded as probably the most difficult in the area. Par 71, 5679 metres from the yellow and 4761 from the red tee. CAMPOAMOR Also approximately 5 km from the house. Campoamor has a lot to offer on and of the course. Par 72, 6056 metres from the yellow and 5094 from the red tee LA FINCA Located about 15 kilometers inland of Torrevieja and 4 kilometers from the small town of Algorfa. This is a bit of a challenging 18 hole course. Par 72,6032 metres from the yellow and 5411 from the red tee QUESADA Known better as La Marquesa you will find this interesting course set in a valley. 18 holes and regarded as a white card, flat with very wide fairways without that many obstacles. Dates are shown Saturday to Saturday but alternative start and finsh days can be arranged subject to availability. A deposit of £100 is payable on booking. This is returned within 28 days of the end of the stay subject to the keyholder confirming all is in order. Full payment of holiday is required 8 weeks before holiday is due to commence. If the holiday is cancelled before full payment is due then the deposit is not returned. If the holiday is cancelled after full payment is made then the deposit will be returned but the cost of the rental being returned is subject to the property being re-let for that period. We therefore recommend that you take out independant holiday insurance to cover your loses in event of cancellation. Bed linen, house towels, water and electricity are all included. |
