Description inside property: St. Enogat is a small seaside town a short drive from Dinard and St. Malo. Ker d'Or sleeps 8 in 2 double en suite rooms and 2 twin rooms with family bathroom that includes a toilet, wash hand basin and separate shower. There is a good sized Lounge/diner with sufficient and comfortable seating. There is English satelite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The washing machine is in the large basement/garage where it causes minimal disturbance. The property is fully detached and surrounded by its' own well stocked garden. This provides plenty of space for relaxing in comfort. There is an outside eating area and barbecue. Although only a few minutes walk from a sandy beach and the town's amenities the house is quietly situated. There are several restaurants within walking distance.
Description outside property: Well stocked garden surrounds the property. There are double entrance gates to the driveway enabling you to park your car/boat trailer safely. The garden is fully fenced and we have found it suitable for keeping our own dogs safe. The garage to the property is situated in the basement and ideal for the safe storage of bicycles, golfing equipment etc.

Description of local area and activities: St. Enogat and the surrounding area is steeped in history and has strong links with King Arthur. Its' mild climate, fine sandy beaches and healthy air established it as a holiday resort towards the end of the 19 century. Since then it has retained much of its' character and charm. It is somewhat removed from the 'hussle and bussle' of most seaside towns. Sailing is popular in the area and there are several good golf courses within easy reach (details below or contact us for more information). In nearby Dinard there has been considerable investment in amenities that include a Sports Centre, Olympic Size Swimming Pool, Equestrian Centre, Arts and Festival Centre, a Casino from a former era that has been fully renovated and a Thalassotherapy Centre.
