Description inside property: Set in a quiet residence, our brand new furnished apartment has been lovingly decorated and is perfectly located 200 yards from the ocean, 5' walk to town centre with "créperies", sea food restaurants bar cafés and all convenient shops.
Busy Market on Tuesday and Saturday (all year) plus Wednesday (high season)
The accommodation (2 levels) comprises:
South facing open plan lounge/dinner, table, chairs, TV, clic-clac (double sofa bed) sliding French window leading out to the enclosed patio.
The well equipped kitchenette includes: cooker (ceramic hob + electric oven), microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, crockery pots pans and ustensils for 6 people.
Shower room, independent toilet. Laundrette with washing machine, iron, ironing board, high chair and baby bath.
The enclosed patio is equipped with: table, armchairs. There is a large sunshade above the terrace.
Two bedrooms are on First top floor:
One with a double bed, the second one with 2 adult-size single beds (or large double).
Both have wardrobe , bedside cabinets and chairs.
From the patio overlooking the wonderful "Loch natural space" (listed by ONF, National Forest Office) which includes a health course, "boules" area, games for toddlers and plenty of space to relax, you will enjoy birdwatching (binoculars at your disposal) for here, ducks and swans have been taking their residence for a long time.
Nothing else between you and the sea but the Loch surrounded by trees, 2 mns stroll further: here is the large sandy beach !!
High standard quality matresses and pillows, all have fitted protections.
Blankets are supplied but please bring your own sheets and towels

Electric convectors throughout the accommodation ensure visitors a comfortable stay whatever the season.
