Description of facilities: Facilities are continually being added and therefore may be more extensive than shown here.

Description inside property: Unlike many holiday properties you see advertised, we dont install multiple beds in rooms or have 'fold down' temporary beds to boost our 'capacity' and alas our price.
When this situation arises the 'living/day' space is simply not big enough for the number of people, especially in the event of inclement weather !.
We restrict the capacity to the correct number of people suited to the available space so that you can enjoy your home from home.
Of course if you have little ones or a specific need for an additional bed we can accomodate this, at NO extra charge.

Whilst all modern facilities and comforts are provided, the property retains all of its original charm and character with Breton granite, fireplaces and lots of beams and timber.

The ground floor offers spacious and very comfortable accomodation with room for everyone in your group and a kitchen big enough and equiped to prepare any feast you wish.

On the first floor, all of the bedrooms are modern, airy, comfortable and spacious as is the bathroom complete with Hydro massage showers.
Fresh crisp bedding is provided free of charge and is replaced weekly on request. Free of charge of course !.


Description outside property: The property has a private south facing terrace/patio area and also an additional communal patio and garden area to the rear.
There is also ample parking space just next to the properties.

Description of eco friendly facilities: The properties have recently (2007) been extensively renovated/rebuild to the highest possible standards using, where ever possible recyclable and/or sustainable materials.
The properties attain or exceed the most current recommendations for thermal and acoustic insulation.
Where ever possible low energy lighting has been installed.
