The ground floor offers comfortable, well furnished accomodation with lounge, dining area, fully fitted kitchen and WC providing you and your guests with ample space and equipment ensuring that you are very comfortable during your stay.
The first floor contains 3 modern, comfortable airy and spacious bedrooms with crisp bedding and furnishings and a bathroom with Hydro massage shower. For those of you with 'little' ones we try to provide the equipment you need to help reduce your 'load' on your journey. Bedding is inclusive and is changed weekly at no extra charge.
Description outside property: The property has a private terrace on the south side with an additional shared patio and garden area to the north side with BBQ facilities.
Description of eco friendly facilities: The property has been rebuild using materials from sustainable sources where ever possible. The property has been constructed meeting or surpassing current building regulations and in particular with regard to thermal and acoustic insulation. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: 300€ payable on arrival.
ELECTRICITY COSTS: Charged at cost (currently 0.17€ kWh). Meter read both on arrival and departure days.
FINAL CLEAN: The properties are cleaned and maintained to a very high standard. The renter can choose to either carry out final cleaning themselves or our cleaners will do this for them for a fee of 60€. Please notify us which method you prefer at time of booking. We can offer several other facilities, for example: towels, beach towels & equipment, basic shopping if you arrive late in the evening.
