Additional facilities are being added on a monthly basis therefore this list is the minimum.

Description inside property: Kerdaniel 3, the most spacious of our 3 properties has been beautifully renovated in time for the 2008 season.
For this season the price has been capped at the same level as Kerdaniel 1 & 2 but will increase to the correct level for future seasons.

Although occupation is restricted to 6 adults (+ infant(s) ) it would comfortably accomodate up to 10 people.

The ground floor provides a large fitted kitchen with every piece of equipment you could possibly need.
A dining area with table and chairs for 12.
The large bright lounge area contains ample quality furnishings and the centre piece is the original Breton Granite fireplace salvaged from the old farmhouse kitchen.
Also downstairs there is a washroom with WC and hand basin.

The first floor contains 3 airy comfortable bedrooms (1 normal, 1 large, 1 very large !).
The bright & airy bathroom contains WC, wash hand basin and large shower cabin.

Description outside property: The property provides both a large private patio/garden area and a communal patio and gardens with lawned areas.
Just alongside the property there is a large private parking area with a more 'rustic' area alongside that.

Description of eco friendly facilities: As with our other two properties, materials from sustainable sources have been used where ever possible.
Thermal and acoustic standards meet or exceed current requirements.
