Description of facilities: There is an original Sony Playstation with some games. There is Wi-Fi Internet for your own lap-top or you can use our computer free of charge. Aalso, we have a huge selection of videos for all ages which can be borrowed free of charge.
Description inside property: The open plan french-style living area comprises a kitchen which is fully equipped with very large gas cooker, 2 fridges, dishwasher, washing machine and plenty of crockery and utensils to cook for ten. The living room has is a large dining table and corner unit sofas, satellite TV, DVD and Hi-fi. There is a log burining fire for the colder winter months, The bedrooms are well appointed and spacious with a breton style bedroom ensuite on the ground floor. The master bedroom on the first floor has a spectacular vaulted ceiling and it's own access to outside. There is a further wet-room/shower-room upstairs with basin and WC.
Description outside property: There are large communal gardens with a permanent barbeque area. Small barbeques are provided for private use if preferred. Our vegetable garden produce (weather permitting!) is free of charge as are free-range eggs (subject to availability). There is a large field which may be used for playing football and there is access to surrounding countryside walks.
Description of eco friendly facilities: We have a very efficient yellow sack scheme for re-cycling and waste bins are provided for the composting material which is left outside and is collected daily. Our garden is organic and guests can have our in season produce free of charge. We use log burners or open fireplaces in our properties with locally sourced sustainable wood.

| Description of local area and activities: Water-skiing, windsurfing is available at seaside and some local lakeside resorts and canoeing and cycling are possible locally but you would need to bring your own equipment. The nearby lakes (Priziac - 10 mins, Guerledan - 40 mins) have swimming and other activities. Priziac has a children's play area and minature golf. For the more energetic there are many opportunities for walking in the surrounding courtryside or along the rivers Blavet or Scorff or even the banks of the Nantes-Brest canal. |

There is a challenging 18 hole links golf course at Lamour Plage (40 minutes). |

| Notes: For cycling enthusiats, we are very near two stages of the Tour de France this year. and there is a very long tradition of cycling in Britanny with most of the towns and villages having cycling competitions during summer months. |
