Description of eco friendly facilities
Thatch is a perfect material for isolation. Keeps the heat and cold at bay. Not only is it natural, it is also typically Breton. Not many houses have kept the thatch. Other natural materials we have used, for our the pointing of the walls, is a mixture of lime, hemp and water. It keeps the house luminous and, again, warm or cool. The fireplace area has been completely revamped using these materials.
We also have a compost area in our garden, for those who are amateurs of gardening!
Our family tries to ensure that the environment we have is preserved... Not only with building materials, but also with recycling. Even if it's not much, it's a start! We hope our holidayers enjoy this eco-friendly holiday :)
