The kitchen overlooks the open-plan dining/sitting room area which has views down the field to the lake. There are French doors from the sitting room to the patio which has table & chairs, sun-loungers, barbeque, plunge pool etc.

Description outside property: We are not aimed exclusively at fishing holidays - there are plenty of other things to do and see. Some people come to enjoy the lovely surroundings and take advantage of the peace and quiet and to have their own secluded holiday location. Artists, bird-watchers etc. also find it an ideal location to enjoy their hobby. There is also plenty of sight-seeing to be had in this Perigordian region as we are surrounded by vineyards, chateaux, historical towns etc.
Description of eco friendly facilities: All our WC's have low water consumsion and vegetable waste is collected for our chickens and ducks.
