Description inside property: This south facing ground floor apartment with large patio is situated at Residencial La Cinuelica R9, Los Altos and is located opposite the pool.

The property comprises patio area, living/dining room, 2 bedrooms both with single beds, kitchen, bathroom, galleria area.

The patio area has a patio table and 4 chairs great for al fresco dining, in the winter or summer, and 2 relaxing chairs.

On entering the property you have the living/dining room with a sofa, wooden coffee table, wall unit, dining table and 4 chairs, television with Spanish channels (DVD to follow), stereo player. The window looks out to the front of the property.

Through the archway from the rear of the living/dining room you have the fully fitted and tiled kitchen which has a fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.

There is a door leading from the kitchen to the utility area with washing machine and water heater.

There are 2 bedrooms. The main bedroom, which is to the rear of the property has 2 single beds (which can be used separately or pushed together), 2 bedside cabinets with drawers, 2 bedside lamps, fitted wardrobe with hangers.

The second bedroom has two single beds, bedside cabinet with drawers, lamp, fitted wardrobe with hangers, and the window faces to the front of the property.

The fully tiled bathroom has a bath, over the bath shower, shower curtain, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror with lights.

The apartment has fans for the summer and heaters for the winter.

There is a safe, iron, ironing board and clothes airer.

The communal pool is located to the front of the property, due to trees around the pool you may not be able to see children in the pool area.

Bed linen, 1 bath and 1 hand towel are provided per person.

No smoking in the property. No pets.

The property is not suitable for wheelchairs or the infirm. The property is on the ground floor but there are about 5 steps leading up to the apartment.

A car is not essential when staying at this property, but advisable if you wish to explore the surrounding area further.

If you do have a vehicle there is a parking space available in the secure, gated, underground parking area - ideal for keeping your car cool on the hot sunny days.

Several supermarkets including; Mercadona, Consum, Mas y Mas, Carrefour, Eroski, Lidl, Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, including the commercial complex Via Park 3, 20 minute walk, with a variety of restaurants, including Spud Murphy’s fish and chip restaurant, Gran Chino Chinese and Shivuum Indian restaurant, several English bars (Lime Bar, Two Tone), including Maddison’s Sports Bar a Quicksave supermarket, Butterflies tea room, English hairdressers and the Post Room which offers internet access.

Via Park 5, 20 minute walk, with Chinese restaurant, Indian restaurant, Stallions a la carte, the Cavern pub and a really nice wine bar – All Bar Sue. English supermarket and more English bars.

You can walk to the many restaurants at Punta Prima, which has 2 Chinese restaurants, including Dinastia, Ghandi’s Indian restaurant, a German restaurant, Puccini’s Italian restaurant, Rogues carvery and Rogues Fish bar.

Patio Andaluz Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week is located at the Punta Prima Commercial centre along with a Wok Buffet, Greta Garbo's a la carte restaurant, Captain's Table fish restaurant, Amigos bar, a Subway, 2 supermarkets, English clothes shop and a petrol station.

Overlooking the sea, at Punta Prima, you have the Nautilus restaurant and Punta Prima Restaurants, both Spanish.

The Rocajuna bar, approx 20 minutes walk, holds a quiz every Friday evening, which is also fish and chip night and their function room has regular live entertainment.

Punta Prima beach, is closest to the property and is a sandy beach with beach bar during the summer months, approximately 15 minute walk.

Go-karting on the N332 is a 10 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and the Honda’s for those requiring greater speed.

Close to the go-karting you have the Spanish restaurant Astaurius with regular live entertainment and serves an English breakfast for 3 Euros (Feb 2008 price).

Driving distance from the property you have ….

4 golf courses; La Finca at Algorfa, nice 20 mins drive through countryside with orange and lemon groves. Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Ramblas, all approx 10-15 mins drive.

Torrevieja town is approximately 10 minutes drive, with a variety of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a promenade with market stalls, selling a variety of items. Nightly fun fair during the summer. The town comes alive at night during the summer months, where the main road is closed to traffic. There is a harbour where you can take boat rides and the Delfin S61 submarine.

There are some great Spanish restaurants in Torrevieja town so you can have a great meal then enjoy the funfair and stallholders that set out there goods at night.

There are several beaches within a 10 minute drive of the property; La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras.

Las Habaneras shopping centre has 3 stories of shops (including C&A, Zara, English bookshop, H&M, shoe, jewellery shops) there are 2 stories of underground parking. The first hour of parking is free. The shopping centre is situated 10 minutes drive away.

The Ozone complex with casino, ten pin bowling and restaurants (including KFC) are a 10 minute drive away.

Fast food establishments - McDonalds and Burgerking, are a 10 minute drive, close to the Las Habaneras shopping centre.

There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis), open between June and September. Pacha nightclub is situated near the water park.

Horse-riding at Campoamor and jet skiing off Campoamor beach during the summer months.

Markets ….

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. Two major ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday, approximately 20-25 minute walk (10 minutes drive).

Torrevieja market is held on a Friday, and is probably the largest market in the area.

Notes: A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% is required to secure booking.

The balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival.

Changeovers anyday of the week, subject to availability.

A refundable damage deposit of £100/€150, in cash is required at the start of the rental, and returned at the end of your stay subject to no damage or excess cleaning.

You will be met at the property with the keys, shown around, local area will be explained to you, any questions you may have will be answered. Keys will be collected at the end of your stay.

A grocery pack can be put in the property for your arrival. Ideal for late night arrivals, bank holidays or Sundays out of season when most supermarkets are shut.

Travel cot, high chair, push chair and beach towels can be provided at an additional cost.

Car hire/airport transfer can be arranged if required.

Credit or debit card payments accepted for this property. 5% to be added if paying by credit/debit card.

If arriving at the property between the hours of 11.30pm and 07.30am an additional late arrival charge of €30 will be payable on arrival at the property.

We do not charge you an additional cost to clean the property on your departure, unlike many operators.
