Description outside property: A large spacious building on 3 floors, with attached single storey annexe, large garage, and barn which is currently employed as the games room (pool table, table tennis etc) and secluded rear garden terrace that backs onto the River Manaurie (NOT suitable for fishing).

Outside gardens and outbuildings:

To the front of the property is a small enclosed pretty garden with stone table and seats, this area is close to the road, but is well served by mature hedges that give this spot plenty of privacy.

The courtyard has secure space for many cars to park, plus garage, also here is a lovely old stone water "well"covered in roses and surrounded by beds of herbs, a pump in the barn uses the well water to supply the garden with all its watering needs, and is thus a real bonus in those hot dry summers....as well as a nice feature.
