Description inside property: 'SUNNYCROFT' is a South facing bungalow gite with two separate bedrooms ideal for a family of four or for those who have difficulty with stairs.
The gite opens onto the open plan lounge equipped with a sofa and comfy armchair, French television, English satellite television, a DVD/CD player along with a few DVDs, a radio and a selection of books with the kitchen/diner area alongside. This is equipped with fridge/freezer, a microwave, a gas oven with four gas rings, gas kettle, electric coffee machine, hand whisk, cutlery, crockery and pans etc.
The back bedroom is furnished with two single bunk beds and the master bedroom has a double bed with two small steps leading to the en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin.
Sunnycroft is fully centrally heated with thermostat controls for Winter lets and fans provided for Summer lets.
Description outside property: Set in 100 acres of private land La Haille Gîtes offers unrivalled peace and tranquility complete with walks and a tree house in the private woods.

Here at La Haille Gîtes we are very aware of the environment. We provide you with bins including recycling and glass, so that you don't have to worry about finding the nearest bin for your rubbish when you are on holiday.
Our pool is now a salt water pool; better for you, us and more impartantly the environment!
We are situated on 100 acres of private land where hunting is forbidden and pesticides are not used; because of this we have the good fortune to be visited by many different species of bird life and wildlife ranging from deer to rhinoceros beetles! Our two ponds have been inspected by the local nature centre and are home to rare dragon fly and frogs!
If you love nature you will be amazed by the many natural pretty prairie flowers, rare orchids and butterflies that you will find amongst our fields.
Additional Information
Description of local area and activities: The owners are both qualified Initiaters with the FFCT and can guide you along the 300 km marked off road tracks and trails.
