The accommodation comprises:

The barn adjoins the main house on the first floor and has a separate entrance.
These rooms are included in peak season and when we have 12 or more guests, at an additional cost of £700.
Extra beds may be added upon request.
In total the house sleeps 16+
Cook:
There is a wonderful cook who makes for a truly relaxing and carefree holiday.
Hiring the cook is mandatory during peak season at an additional cost of £600, and is strongly recommended at all other times.
Description outside property: This idyllic 18th Century Manor House is set in its own 24 acre park bordered by the wooded banks of the River Armancon. It has a heated fully fenced swimming pool, grass tennis court, walled garden, avenue, barbecue, table tennis, fishing, its own boat on the river and even its own small island.
