The centre piece being the 7m x5m pool, set in a large tiled sun bathing patio. It is completely fenced and has an alarm for added safety. The pool can be heated as an optional extra of £40. Along the front of the house are three covered terraces and by the pool is a stone BBQ. Outdoor games are available such as table tennis, darts, boules, badminton etc.
