All the rooms boast beautiful oak beamed ceilings. The property stands in one acre of grounds which include secluded garden’s, driveway’s and ample car parking. The property is in the small rural hamlet of Kerho in a tranquil location, not overlooked, peaceful and very private without being isolated.

The property consists of –
- Large, fully fitted kitchen, with gas hob, electric oven, extractor, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, toaster, blender, juicer, iron and ironing board and a C.D. player. There is also a table and 4 chairs, in fact everything one would require for a comfortable, self catering holiday.

- Large Living area / Sitting Room offers comfortable seating and is tastefully furnished. There is a dining table with seating for six people, English Satellite Television and Radio and a wood burning fire. Wooden stairs lead from the living area / sitting room to -

- 2 large double bedrooms each having traditional French double beds and ample storage space.

- On the ground floor is the toilet, basin, bath with shower over.

- For your enjoyment within the grounds of the property is a barbeque, wooden garden furniture with six chairs and a parasol. The owners are available nearby for any assistance should it be required, to ensure your stay is a most pleasurable experience.
- The hamlet of Kerho belongs to the village of Le Bodeo which is a short distance away and has a small Bar / Restaurant and Convenience Store. The magnificent lakes of Bosmeleac with it’s wonderful barrage (dam) and waterfall are just 3 km’s away offering it’s own sandy beach, swimming, boating / kayaking, walking and cycling. In addition, there are two Restaurant’s, a Pizzerie and a Creperie.
Within 6 km’s is the beautiful town of Quintin with it’s own chateau and lakes. There are plenty of good restaurants, boulangerie’s, charcuiterie’s, poissonerie’s . A market is held every Tuesday offering a range of fresh local produce.
20 minutes away is the magnificent Medieval City of Moncontour with it’s walled ramparts which dates back to the XI Century. During the summer month’s there are open air concerts given in the square. Again a variety of restaurants and bars are available including a wonderful fish restaurant at the entrance to the city.
Kerho is ideally situated to discover Brittany with it’s wonderful coastline. Beautiful beaches are a mere 30mins away. Activities such as Karting, Golf, Fishing, Tennis, Walking, Cycling and Pony Trekking are available within the surrounding area’s. There are two public swimming pools, one at Quintin and one at Moncontour.
Within 35mins drive you can discover the larger towns of Loudeac, Pontivy (on the Nantes – Brest Canal) and St Brieuc offering a wealth of shops, restaurants and shopping malls.

Notes: Saturday is the preferred change over day.
A 30% deposit needs to be made at the time of booking in order to secure your reservation, with the balance required eight weeks before the letting date. Bookings made within eight weeks of arrival must be paid in full at the time of booking. A refundable £100 security deposit is payable with the final remittance. We reserve the right to deduct from this deposit the cost of any losses / breakages / damage which may occur during the rental period together with any additional cleaning charges resulting from the accommodation being vacated in an unreasonable condition. Cancellation:
If you cancel or shorten your holiday less than eight weeks prior to the start of your holiday, the full amount of the original booking will be due. If you cancel your holiday after sending your deposit but before your due date for full payment, the deposit will be retained to cover cost’s.
